I learned so much not only about engineering - but about the company processed, business, VCs, etc. Everything is transparent, and you can always dive deeper into an area that interests you. Not only that it's allowed - but it's actually endorsed!

Everybody at Orbital Witness is lovely. We actively spend time together inside and out of work. At the end of each month we go on company social events which are always a lot of fun and a great way to get to know everyone else in the company.

Every employee gets £1000/year to spend on personal development (books, conferences, tech etc). None of this has any red tape, ask your manager and you can have it sorted the same day! The work I undertake is a good challenge and allows me to learn new things all the time. The other developers on the team will always help where they can too!

At Orbital Witness, employees are given plenty of opportunity to share their opinions. We have monthly Culture Club sessions where employees can express their opinions on company operations to create change within the business.

We work with some great tools and manage to keep everything as up to date as possible. If you see a tool and think it would be useful, then it can be proposed and discussed within the team. This has lead to us using Cypress for end-to-end testing and Github Action for true CI/CD.

As someone who had never work in the law sector before Orbital Witness I have found the work to be great. There is a definite emphasis on making the product as easy to use as possible as well as challenges around bringing disparate data sets together and presenting them in a meaningful way.

The founders have a very clear mission for the company and in the time I have been here, this mission has never changed. Along with the company values, which are at the heart of every decision, the mission gives us something to aim for.

We're encouraged to think for ourselves, to propose solutions to problems and get on and deliver value. The team is full of smart people who are enthusiastic to hear everyone's opinions and ideas, and who are there to support you if you do make a mistake.

I've never worked somewhere where the team energy is so consistently enthusiastic about what we're trying to achieve for our customers. Everyone is SO curious and genuinely interested in each others day to day.

We're a small but incredibly cross-functional and dynamic team this means I've been exposed to a huge range of tasks across the company, giving me the opportunity to learn so much. We also get a great annual L&D budget, which we're actively encouraged to use on events/books/courses or subscriptions which we're interested in!

People are extremely easy to work with and provide you great opportunities to learn. We all never ungenerous when come to knowledge sharing. When working in a team, people are supportive and always resolve each other problems with their field knowledge. I feel grateful to be part of the team and enabling me to learn and grow so quick with all the intelligent people around me!

I have a great supportive manager to grow my career path the way I wanted to. He is mentoring a lot in as many perspective as possible and encouraged me to utilise the professional growth budget on obtaining new skills! Best company to grow!

I told my line manage that I would love to move my career ladder to a senior level. He immediately spend time with me during 1:1 and figure out how the 3-6-12 months plan will look like. Really appreciate the clear approach, regular catch up and feedback loop. Allowing me to be focus and grow as quick as possible.

Great team to work with, with really open insights from leadership and development teams who are really brought into the product. This leads to great self development for myself and also a strong shared vision in what we're building.

Orbital Witness is working on trying to fix a broken and archaic industry in commercial real estate. The scope of the product is huge and the challenges we solve are really interesting and relatable. I can see great potential growth for the product, which inspired me to join.
