Over my last year at Manual, I've worked on many products to help improve the men's health space. The projects I've worked on here have been some of the most challenging ones I've faced in my career and I think I've developed a lot as a designer navigating the problems but also taking on more autonomy than I've done previously.

I love that I'm learning something new nearly every day, whether that's on the Data side with the PMs to understand how our customers are using our service or it's collaborating with the clinician or customer service team to understand more about our treatments and the medications we provide customers.

The team at Manual is super hard-working, and if there's a tight deadline we do everything in our power to meet it or at least run and stumble.

Very challenging and mentally stimulating work environment. Growth targets are very ambitious and the team is always trying to push harder. You get a lot of freedom and responsibility to operate, while having company-wide support. You'll end up achieving things that you previously thought were years beyond previous career trajectory

Great opportunity to learn. The team is very experienced and ambitious. You also get a lot of responsibility early on. Learning both from the team and from your day-to-day activities, has really accelerated my skills & knowledge.

The team's work ethic is second to none. Work hard and play hard is the informal motto of Manual. We are all aligned on our mission of improving access to healthcare, and will stop at nothing to achieve it.

I love the hybrid working setup. It means I get a mixture of the office social + space when I need to focus on specific tasks working from home. The office is also really nice and you get to choose lunch every Thursday.

Exciting time to be joining as there are lots of new products launching. Each one has it's own customer base and different needs to understand.

MANUAL's growth over the past year has been huge. Not only in commercial terms but in the scope of what we're doing. We move quickly but we also see fast results which is exciting.

There is plenty of opportunities to learn, both informally from peers and on the job. But also the people team are continuously working on adding to the formal training to help people develop.

There is always a lot going on and the team work hard to make sure great work is celebrated. This is constantly happening and also includes shout outs in our monthly townhalls and awards at the end of the year

MANUAL allows for different life styles and situations. From my experience it is flexible around my family and hybrid working has so far been working really well.

I was open with Manual at interview phase that I was 6 weeks pregnant - I got the job. The support during my pregnancy, Maternity Leave and return to work have been next level. It makes such a difference to me being able to give my all at work and home.

Working with some of the brightest, hard working and sparkling people out there. No is rarely the answer and there is always a willing and helping hand. The office has a buzz and comradery about it.

It all comes from the top. A CEO and management team who actually live the values and know every inch of the business and can therefore make meaningful contributions to its day to day function rather than sitting in a glass office strategising.

My collagues are smart and ambitious: we learn from each other and support each other to improve and succeed! I like the collaborative problem-solving at MANUAL.

The speed at which Manual is growing is incredibility exciting. What your role was 3 months ago can change significantly in the next 3 months. This provides a huge amount of ownership to every employee and the role they are performing. The social aspect is pretty cool to- an away day in Lisbon to meet up with the Brazil team. What's not to like?

The leadership team are excellent communicators & always have time for the staff. They are have very high expectations and stretch targets but they are incredibly supportive and collaborative in how we can achieve great things together

The organisation is incredible at being open and transparent. Goals & targets are clear but there is no agenda & no hidden communications. Everyone knows their part in the journey and where they stand. It is refreshing to be part of an organisation with no politics where everyone can just concentrate on doing their job.

Changing the way health care is delivered is a massively inspirational mission. It is not in doubt that health care cannot continue on the same pathway. It is incredibly exciting & inspiring to be part of a company who is genuinely set on changing the way that healthcare can be delivered.
